1. Memberships & Eligibility

The Mystics Inner Circle Membership (Travel Wallet) is available exclusively through Zelle recurring payments.
Inner Circle members receive credits, retreat discounts, and Travel Wallet benefits as described on the membership page.
WIX Payments, Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal Pay Later are available as payment processors for retreats and services but do not include membership perks, credits, or Travel Wallet balances.

2. Payment Methods

You may complete purchases through the following methods:

Zelle Recurring Transfer (required for Inner Circle Membership).
Affirm (installment financing through their site).
Klarna (installment financing through their site).
PayPal Pay Later (Pay in 4 or PayPal Credit through their site).
Standard Credit/Debit Cards via Wix/Shopify checkout through their processing page.

By selecting a payment method, you agree to the terms of that processor.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. Retreats, memberships, journeys, and services are non-refundable.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you are purchasing a retreat, event, or service, transfers may be offered at the discretion of Sacred Earth Retreats, but refunds will not be granted.

Important Considerations

Our retreats are spiritually immersive and emotionally deep. If you are currently experiencing active trauma symptoms (if you have a history of sexual or physical abuse trauma) or severe mental health conditions, we kindly ask you to consult with a licensed therapist before attending. This retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

4. Membership Agreement

All Mystic Inner Circle Members must review, sign, and return the Membership Agreement Contract before benefits commence.
Failure to maintain active recurring payments via Zelle will result in suspension of membership benefits.
Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal Pay Later customers must also sign the agreement acknowledging they understand no credits or membership perks are included.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Disputes filed through Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, or your bank will be subject to review.
Documentation of this non-refundable policy and signed agreements will be provided to payment processors in case of disputes.
Customers are responsible for fulfilling their installment obligations to third-party payment providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Earth Retreats, Riz Mirza, and Oriah Mirza are not liable for:

Banking or financing arrangements made through third-party processors (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal).
Customer errors in setting up Zelle recurring payments.
Missed or incomplete payments leading to suspended access.

7. Governing Terms

These Terms apply specifically to the payment, membership, and processor portion of RizMirza.com and Oriah’s Nest.

If you want to Freeze

Mystics Inner Circle Membership – Payment & Pause Policy

1. Standard Monthly Contributions/Investments

Membership contributions are made monthly through Zelle recurring payments.
Contributions accumulate in your Mystic Travel Wallet until you reach your retreat milestone.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Pause & Freeze Policy

Members may pause up to 2 times per calendar year.
Each pause may last up to 60 consecutive days.
To request a pause, members must contact us in writing at info@rizmirza.com at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment.
Payments automatically resume at the end of the freeze period unless canceled in writing.
During a freeze, your balance remains safe, but credits do not accrue. (You are responsible to turn off/on the re-occuring payments to us)

3. Missed or Stopped Payments

If a payment is missed and no pause request has been submitted, the account will be placed on suspension status.
Suspended accounts have 30 days to resolve the missed payment.
If unresolved after 30 days, the account may be placed on Warning Block.
A Warning Block means:
- You cannot RSVP or use credits until payments resume.
- Multiple Warning Blocks (2+ within 12 months) may result in termination of membership privileges.

4. Walking Away / Early Termination

If you stop paying without notice and have already contributed partial funds (e.g. 3 months), but have not reached your retreat milestone:
- You may choose to pay the remaining retreat cost in full upfront to secure your place at that destination.
- If you do not complete payments, partial credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or applied to future retreats.

5. Forfeiture of Credits

Credits in your Mystic Travel Wallet may be forfeited under the following conditions:

Repeated non-payment without notice.
Exceeding 2 freezes per year.
Failure to complete the retreat milestone within 18 months of start date without communication.

6. Reinstatement Policy

Members who have forfeited credits or been terminated may reapply after 6 months.
Reinstated members will not regain prior credits; a new wallet begins with new contributions.

7. General Terms

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Sacred Earth Retreats reserves the right to update policies with notice.
All disputes must be submitted in writing to info@rizmirza.com.

Freeze penalties

Members may avoid cancellation by formally requesting a freeze (up to 2 times per year, maximum 60 days each).

Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days before the next payment is due, a $50 surchange will be applied.

Mystics Inner Circle Membership – Payment Default & Cancellation Policy

Missed Payments
- Membership contributions are due monthly via recurring Zelle transfer, as set up by the member.
- If a payment is missed, the account will be placed on suspension status.
- Suspended accounts have 30 days to bring payments current.
Warning Block
- If a payment remains unresolved after 30 days, the account enters Warning Block status.
- While in Warning Block, the member may not:
  - RSVP for retreats
  - Apply credits from the Mystic Travel Wallet
  - Receive retreat priority access
- Multiple Warning Blocks (2 or more within a 3-month period) may result in cancellation of membership privileges.
Cancellation of Membership
- If no payment is made for 60 consecutive days without a written freeze request, the membership will be automatically cancelled.
- Upon cancellation, all credits in the Mystic Travel Wallet are forfeited and cannot be refunded or applied to future retreats.
Partial Contributions / Early Termination
- If a member stops paying before reaching a retreat milestone but has partial contributions on record, they may:
  - Pay the remaining balance for the retreat in full to secure their place.
  - Or forfeit their partial contributions if they do not complete payments.
Reinstatement
- Members whose accounts are cancelled may reapply after 6 months.
- Reinstated members begin with a new Mystic Travel Wallet balance; previous contributions cannot be recovered.
Freeze Option

No refund Policy

(Services & Memberships)

All sales of services, memberships, retreats, journeys, and spiritual programs are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payments made through Affirm, Klarna, or any other payment processor are binding.
Because these are intangible services, event reservations, or time-based memberships, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for all scheduled installment payments. Future payments cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by us (the organizer), customers will be notified directly, and alternative options may be provided at our discretion.
